Our monthly SEO Services are categorized into three tiers of service differentiated by the amount of time allocated to Communications and Action Items. Customers can move between these tiers of service.
- Awareness — this is a maintenance level option for those who want to maintain their investment in the SEO Set-Up and ensure their SEO stays up to date. Communications are handled with (1) 1-hour call per quarter.
- Action — this tier is a results-oriented campaign designed to continually grow your organic search traffic. We are able to complete more action items more quickly and thus deliver stronger results. Communications are handled with (1) 1-hour call per month.
- Accelerative — this tier is a fast-paced SEO initiative designed for those who want to achieve next year’s results — this year. Communications are handled with (2) 1-hour calls per month.
Our monthly SEO services include three phases of work:
- Reporting — a custom monthly report delivered in PDF form to your inbox every month.
- Communications — ongoing communication and collaboration, typically via monthly or quarterly phone calls, depending on tier selected.
- Action Items — a list of monthly tasks that progress towards the strategy and campaign goals. Examples of action items include scanning for and fixing broken links, creating content for your services or blog pages, and investing in link building. Monthly Action Items, past & present, are discussed and determined during each Communications call and executed monthly at a pace determined by the tier selected.
